Welcome to 2009 as we have managed to survive a very challenging 2008 under some very tight economic conditions.

The biggest change is that this list will much smaller than last years list and we have refocused the inventory almost exclusively back to Miltoniopsis. This change was necessary as the hobby market continues to be challenging and that the cost of supplies and shipping have truly skyrocket when oil was nearly $150 a barrel.

The business has come full circle as we are now supplying the local market as we did when we were just getting started some 17 years ago. We will continue to serve our devoted customers and look forward to wonderful New Year.

Yellow has always been my favorite color and I have for many years worked to improve the yellow color on Miltoniopsis. Miltonia Jean Inouye was registered to honor a dear friend who passed in 2007 and is a stunning example of the achievement for a clear crisp yellow. Milt. Jean Inouye 'She Smiles' AM/AOS is a stunning example of yellow color achievement.

Congratulations to Elle Ronis for her great culture of Milt. Shinichi Komoda 'Empress' and being on the front cover of the new 2009 AOS calendar.
